On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Sales Administrator.
Our client is a well-established company in the food sector with a strong presence in the market and a commitment to quality products.
The ideal candidate is an entry-level professional with a strong interest in sales support and customer coordination.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist with processing customer orders and tracking their status through internal systems.
- Maintain up-to-date sales records and help organize customer databases.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including helping with reports, presentations, and product data.
- Respond to basic customer inquiries and support the resolution of simple service issues.
- Help coordinate communication between logistics, sales, and operations departments.
- Support internal reporting related to sales campaigns and daily activities.
Qualifications & Candidate Profile Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in an office, retail, or customer service environment.
- Strong organizational abilities and a high attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication in both Greek and English.
- Comfort with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced setting.
