We are looking for an Export Sales Representative on behalf of our client, a leading producer of premium food products with a global presence. With a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and innovation, the company is expanding internationally and seeking a skilled professional to drive this growth.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s export market for its food product portfolio.
• Identify and engage with distributors, retailers, and importers worldwide.
• Negotiate sales agreements, ensuring both profitability and strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
• Stay up to date with global food industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Candidate Profile Requirements

• Ideally 3-4 years of experience in export sales within the food industry.
• Degree in Food Technology is required.
• Proficiency in Greek and English (a third language will be considered a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and international regulations.
• Availability for frequent travel.
