As a Technical Maturity Specialist, you will report to the Maturity Team Leader and be part of ARES’s Asset Management Division, working on the Technical Maturity process for Real Estate portfolios serviced by Alpha Real Estate Services. In this role, you will apply your expertise as an experienced Engineer (Civil/Architect/Surveyor) to support the Legalization of Properties in accordance with Laws 3843/10, 4178/13 & 4495/17, ensuring compliance and timely project execution.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Rural Surveying Engineering or any related discipline
- At least three (3) years of relevant work experience
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and design tools (AutoCAD, etc.)
